I am honored and serve in this capacity with great passion.

 Let me start by sharing why I chose my business name because it’s very personal.

 The name is Sojourn Coaching, LLC.

Sojourn means "a temporary stay" which, for me, represents a game changing mindset that everything, yes everything, is temporary.

 The only thing that remains the same is that everything changes.

Embracing this truth transformed my mindset – it’s what empowers me to move through any circumstance.

In moments of hardship, loss or uncertainty, it reminds me to trust the unfolding. 

In times of joy, love or excitement it calls me to be fully present and savor every moment.

 Once you awaken to this, it leads to uncharted territories within and around you waiting to be experienced.

Your highest self is always speaking; it’s just a gentle whisper.

I got married, started a family and devoted the next 2 decades to being a wife, stay at home mom and investing in my personal growth spiritually and mentally.

There came a point I could no longer mute the inner voice of my higher self that longed to feel seen, heard and understood.

I realized I could no longer walk the fine line of self-awareness and knowledge without the purposeful action they were calling me to take. 

I could no longer make choices and blame others for the outcome. 

That action represented uncertainty and pain, not only for myself, but many.

In 2012 I decided I could no longer silence the gentle whisper that had become a roar.  I left my marriage of 27 years and began a deeper relationship with my higher self that I call

my Soul Journey.

We all have an innate sense deep down inside that will never misguide us. 

The answers are not outside ourselves. 

I have come to trust the whisper so she doesn’t have to rage in order to be heard.

My mission is to empower others to choose a relationship with themselves, realizing we already have what we need within to create the fulfilling life we long for.
